Our order was taken by an older gentleman who asked me if I was sure I was 18 years old (I was ordering something alcoholic). I thanked him for the compliment but he insisted I looked that young. At this point Dima asked him if he was serious - even told him my age! At this point, I think I liked the waiter more than my boyfriend.
I ordered the pickled herring and the spicy beef goulash. It was perfect and exactly what I needed after a long day being spent in an overcrowded mall - comforting. I was even convinced to have crepes as dessert even though I couldn't finish the goulash. I guess it was the combination of chocolate and fire that made me order it. Filled with jam and lit on fire it was a sweet end to hearty meal.
